He explains: &#8220;The street lighting is already there, so there&#8217;s no need for another charging station next to it. If this trial proves successful, the plan is to eventually convert more lampposts into charging stations, both in Leiderdorp and beyond. Alderman Gebke van Gaal praises the potential of the charging lamppost: &#8220;In Leiderdorp, we&#8217;re always looking for innovative ways to make our municipality greener.
